Creating new text in the required language may be more efficient than translation. Consequently, we also produce original non-fiction material in our working languages.

About your rights as a language service client

Terms of contract

The industry-standard General Terms of Contract for Translations, published by the Finnish Association of Translators and Inter­preters, apply to the translation assignments we carry out. Additionally, our quote will state assignment-specific details such as scope, delivery time, and payment terms. If your purchase order specifies different terms or conditions, we will unfortunately not be able to accept it.

Confidentiality

We are legally prohibited from unlawfully disclosing your confidential business information. This provision is valid without an explicit non-disclosure agreement. For details, please refer to chapter 30, sections 5, 6 and 11, of Finlandʼs Penal Code.

Insurance

Our liability insurance also covers economic loss (i.e. financial damages that appear on a balance sheet rather than as physical injury or as material destruction).
